Skout is exclusively looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to manage all the activities in The Netherlands. 

Job description Legal Counsel @ GETEC Infra NL

As our new Legal Counsel, you will work on national & international cases and projects. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of (international) commercial contracts and corporate documents, while supporting and liaising with the group compliance officer is also important. Familiar with EPC, DBFMO and Esco contracting. You’ll be conducting thorough legal research and translating such into practical advice for colleagues and clients.

You will work closely with and report directly to the CEO of GETEC Platform Netherlands and provide legal guidance for the Benelux countries (with a primarily focus on The Netherlands). Thanks to you, the executive committee of this GETEC Platform is enabled to take strategic and financial decisions, and every legal risk has been addressed. Also you will be liaison into the Group Legal office in Germany.

Your experience & skillset Legal Counsel @ GETEC Infra NL

It’s important that you have the required experience and skillset, and we need 6+ years of experience within the Energy business from you. During this time, you’ve acquired expertise in national & international contracting and procurement. Familiar with EPC en Esco contracting. Your experience in Industry and/or Real Estate related business is useful here, and you are able to work in proficient Dutch and English. German language skills are a bonus.
